摘 要:目的研究营养干预对肺结核合并2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法选择在本院感染科住院的肺结核合并2型糖尿病患者76例,随机分成两组:干预组(38例)由营养师根据患者情况提供个体化优质高蛋白糖尿病治疗饮食,对照组(38例)则自行饮食。监测营养干预前后两组患者的相关生化指标。结果营养干预后,干预组的血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、总淋巴细胞计数均较对照组显著增高(P<0.05);干预组1、3、6月末痰菌阴转率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均降低,但干预组与对照组相比效果更明显;具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论营养干预可改善肺结核合并2型糖尿病患者的营养状况,使患者的血糖控制更理想,显著提高临床治疗效果。Objective To observe the curative effect of nutrition support in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and type 2 diabetes. Methods 76 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups: the nutrition group were provided with weighed individual diabetic food and the control group went on diet by themselves. The nutritional indexes were compared. Results The nutritional index increased significantly in the nutrition group and were higher than those of the control group, and the conversion rate of sputum culture in the nutrition group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Biochemical indices of fasting blood-glucose, blood sugar 2 hours after meal, hemoglobin of glycosylation in both groups were significantly lower. Compared with the control group, the effect of the nutrition group was better (P〈0.05). Conclusion The nutritional support for the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and type 2 diabetes can control their blood-sugar level and improve the nutritional state and outcome.
