参四方煎剂治疗慢性顽固性腹泻的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析与探讨参四方煎剂对于慢性顽固性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2010年4月-2011年4月收治的慢性顽固性腹泻患者共100例，随机将其2组，观察组50例患者采取参四方煎剂进行治疗，对照组患者采取参苓白术丸进行治疗，两组患者均持续治疗4周，对比两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量，并对患者治疗后肠道有益菌的改善情况进行分析。结果从治疗结果和生活质量来看，观察组患者明显优于对照组患者，差异性有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论使用参四方煎剂对慢性顽固性腹泻进行治疗，能够获得良好的疗效，且能改善患者的生活质量，调节肠道有益菌水平，因此，该方法值得在临床上进行推广与应用。Objective To analysis and discussion and square the clinical curative effect of decoction for chronic re- fractory diarrhea. Methods Our hospital in April 2010 - April 2011 admitted during the period of a total of 100 cases of patients with chronic refractory diarrhea, the 2 groups randomly, the observation group of 50 cases take ginseng decoction treatment, control group patients take three atractylodes pill treatment, two groups of patients were last 4 weeks treat- ment, compared two groups of patients with the clinical curative effect, life quality, and improve the condition of after treatment in patients with intestinal bacteria were analyzed. Results From the point of the treatment and quality of life, observation group was better than control group in patients, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Ginseng sifang decoction treatment of chronic refractory diarrhea, can obtain good curative effect, and can improve the patient＇s quality of life, regulating intestinal bacteria levels, so the author believes that this method is worthy of oopularization and aoolication in clinic.
