摘　　要：随着我国社会转型的加速和改革的不断深化,由利益矛盾引发的群体性事件呈多发高发态势。群体性事件的产生、发展、演化遵循了社会活动的一般性规律,利益矛盾转化为群体性事件一般都经历了"潜伏、爆发、高潮、平息"四个阶段,对这一转化进行系统研究,有利于有效预防和减少群体性事件的发生,维护改革发展稳定大局。As social transformation is accelerating and reform is deepening, the fact that conflicts of interest transform to mass incidents becomes more and more common. The occurrence, development and evolution follow the general rule of social activities. There are four stages for conflicts of interest turning to mass incidents. They are lurk, outburst, climax and calming down. The study of this series of transformation is useful to the prevention and deduction of mass incidents from happening, thus maintains the stability of reform and development.
