基于土库曼斯坦国家审查油气田设计的实践分析

摘　　要：通过实践和研究土库曼斯坦南约洛坦100×108 m3/a商品气产能地面工程建设项目设计文件在土库曼斯坦国家部委的审查,分析了土库曼斯坦国家部委审查流程。同时,结合项目文档划分特点,总结归纳了土库曼斯坦国家部委对设计文件审查的内容,提出了设计审查工作中的注意事项及其改进方法。为后续需要接受土库曼斯坦国家部委审查的油气田设计项目提供参考,进而进一步提升、改进油气田工程设计,适应土库曼斯坦国情。South Yolotan 100×108 m3/a Sales Gas Production Facilities in Turkmenistan, completed and put into production successfully by China Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd. Southwest Company in August 2013, is the first project reviewed by state expertise bodies in Turkmenistan. Analyzed and summarized is the work procedure of Turkmenistan state expertise bodies in review on design documents for the project, listed are some considerations and corresponding improvement measures, which will provide valuable reference for future similar engineering designs. It is pointed out also that future engineering designs shall be improved further so as to adapt to the national conditions of Turkmenistan.
