摘　　要：HDPE土工膜全称高密度聚乙烯膜,也被称为HDPE防渗膜,是以(中)高密度聚乙烯树脂为原料生产的一种防水阻隔型材料。HDPE土工膜抗撕裂物理力学性能优良,耐低温、抗老化、耐腐蚀,且具有较长使用寿命,现已被广泛使用在污水处理厂防渗、人工湖防渗、污水蒸发池防渗、隔油池防渗、沉淀池的内衬和二次衬层等防渗工程。以土库曼斯坦南约洛坦气田某天然气处理厂的污水蒸发池为例,对2 mm HDPE土工膜作为污水蒸发池防渗层的优越性进行了技术探讨,为以后工程中采用HDPE土工膜作为污水蒸发池防渗层提供了工程经验。HDPE geomembrane(high density polyethylene film), also known as HDPE antiseepage membrane, is a waterproof barrier type material produced with(medium) high density polyethylene resin as raw material. HDPE geomembrane has excellent physical and mechanical properties of tearing resistance, good low temperature resistance, anti-aging, corrosion resistance and long service life and has been widely used for seepage control in wastewater treatment plant, artificial lake, separation tank, evaporation pool, oil separator and settling pond, etc. Analyzed and summarized are advantages of 2 mm HDPE geomembrane used as impervious layer of wastewater evaporation pool in Turkmenistan South Yolotan Gas Field treatment plant, which will provide engineering experience for impervious layer engineering design of wastewater evaporation pool in future similar projects.
