摘 要:分别采用沉积沉淀法和浸渍法制备了 Ti O2 - Al2 O3、Zr O2 - Al2 O3复合载体和 Co- Mo- K耐硫变换催化剂 .借助 XRD、TPR和 XPS技术对催化剂及其载体的结构、氧化还原性能进行了表征 ,使用活性评价装置研究了复合载体替代单一 γ- Al2 O3对 Co- Mo- K耐硫变换催化剂的活性及热稳定性的影响 .实验结果表明 ,以复合载体替代传统的 γ- Al2 O3作为 Co- Mo- K耐硫变换催化剂的载体 ,可以改善催化剂中活性组分的分散性、氧化还原性 ,明显提高催化剂的活性和热稳定性 .The TiO 2-Al 2O 3 ZrO 2-Al 2O 3 supports were prepared by the method of deposition-precipitation,The sulfur-Tolerant Water Gas Shift Co-Mo-K catalysts were prepared by impregnation.Using the techniques of XRD,TPR and XPS,the structures of supports and catalysys,the oxidation and reduction properties then have been investigated,Effects of the catalysts,the oxidation and reduction properties then have been investigated,Effects of the catalysts,the oxidation and reduction properties then have been investigated.,Effects of the composite support on the activity and thermal stability of Co-Mo-K catalyst have been studied by method of activity evaluation.Results show that by substituting on of γ-Al 2O 3 support with TiO 2-Al 2O 3 or ZrO 2-Al 2O 3 supports,the degree of dispersion and the property of oxidation and reduction of the Co-Mo-K catalysts are improved,the reactivity and the thermal stability of the catalysts are greatly increased.
