护理干预对全子宫切除术后患者夫妻生活质量影响的分析研究

摘　　要：目的:研究护理干预对全子宫切除术患者性生活质量的影响。方法:选取2011年8月-2012年4月笔者所在医院收治的56例全子宫切除手术患者,采用随机数字表法将其分成试验组和对照组,各28例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上应用优质护理干预措施。对两组患者术后的性生活质量进行对比分析。结果:试验组患者术后3个月、6个月、9个月的性生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于常规护理,优质护理干预更有助于术后患者性生活质量的提升,在临床护理中应普及应用。Objective：To study the effect of nursing intervention on hysterectomy sexual quality of life in patients with.Method：Selection August 2011 to April 2012 the author’s hospital of 56 patients admitted in the hospital patients with total hysterectomy,by using the method to random number table were divided into experimental group and the control group,28 cases each. The control group given routine nursing care,patients in the control group on the basis of the application of high quality nursing intervention measures. On two groups of patients with postoperative sexual life quality were analyzed.Result：Experimental group patients postoperative 3 months,6 months,9 months of sexual life quality score were significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with the conventional nursing group,high quality nursing intervention is helpful to promote the quality of life of patients with postoperative,in clinical nursing care should be applied.
