摘　　要：目的：探讨股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗效果。方法：本文对笔者所在医院2010年1月-2012年12月前来就诊的60例股骨粗隆间骨折患者的治疗效果进行研究分析，其中髋动力带锁钢板24例，DHS 20例，PFNA 16例。结果：随访8个月~2年，所选患者骨折均愈合，髋关节活动正常，多数患者恢复了伤前的生活状态和活动度。结论：稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折首选髋动力带锁钢板，不稳定型及反粗隆间骨折选用PFNA内固定，可增加不稳定型骨折的稳定性。Objective：To explore the effect of surgical treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Method：Selected 60 cases with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital,and to analyze the effect of surgical treatment.Including anatomical dynamic hip lock plate 24 cases,DHS 20 cases and PFNA 16 cases.Result：Followed up for 8 months to 2 years,the selected patients with fracture healing,hip activity was normal,and most of them recovered injured before the state of life and activity.Conclusion：Stable femoral intertrochanteric fracture preferred hip power lock plate,unstable and anti-choice PFNA intertrochanteric fracture choose internal fixation,can increase the stability of unstable fractures.
