摘 要:锂电池电化学性能分析测试一直是研究的热点和难点问题。在分析锂电池电化学性能参数及测量方法的基础上,设计了基于单片机技术的锂电池电化学性能分析测试系统。系统可实现对电池的充放电性能测试以及嵌入式内阻检测。分析了充放电性能测试控制模块以及内阻检测模块的工作原理,给出了系统软件流程图,实验结果表明该测试系统具有较高的精度。Lithium battery electrochemical performance analysis and test was a hot and difficult problem. The lithium battery electrochemical performance parameters and measurement methods were analyzed. The lithium battery electrochemical performance analysis and test system which based on single chip calculator technique was designed. The charge-discharge performance test and embedded resistance testing to the battery were realized by the system. The practical circuit for testing charge-discharge performance and internal resistance of battery was introduced. Working principle was discussed in detail. The system software flowchart was given. The experimental result clearly indicates that the test system is with high precision.
