摘  要:设计了一种以MSP430F413单片机为核心的智能化开关式直流稳压电源.由单片机输出高分辨率、占空比可调的PWM波,驱动大功率MOSFET开关管,调节输出电压.采用二阶低通滤波器和比较器电路,与单片机程序进行配合,实现了∑-△方式的电压采样,并通过软件算法对输出电压进行控制,实现了2~15V输出电压可调,输出电流大于1A;采用按键实现了小范围精准调节和大范围快速调节功能,用字段式LCD显示输出电压和设定电压值,电源效率达到88%以上.Intelligent switch type DC regulated power supply was designed by using MSP430F413 micro-computer. In order to adjust the output voltage, the adjustable duty cycle of the PWM wave with high-resolution produced by microcomputer was used to drive high power MOSFET switch tube. With the two order low pass filter and a comparator circuit playing a supporting role, the ∑-△ voltage sampling was implemented by software algorithm. The button switch program was designed to realize the fast adjustment at a wide range of voltage, and the precise adjustment at a short range of voltage. The tested results indicate that the output voltage is adjustable from 2 V to 15 V, and the output electric current is more than 1 A. The output voltage and pre-setting voltage were displayed on LCD simultaneously. The power efficiency was above 88%.
