摘　　要：医院是社会的特殊单元,以治疗疾病、促进健康的医学实践活动来履行其在社会中的社会职责和发展的。医院廉政文化是具有医疗行业特点的廉政价值观念和精神追求、医疗从业人员职业道德规范和廉洁从业的行为准则、诚信理念和为全社会廉政文化发展产生辐射影响等行业特质内涵,发挥着导向、规范、凝聚、辐射等功能。医院廉政文化既是一种理论,更是实实在在的实践,应做好与医德医风建设、"三好一满意"活动和廉政风险防控管理的有机结合,使廉政文化建设更具系统性,以廉政文化建设提升医院管理水平。Hospital is a special unit of society, which fulfills its social responsibility and attains its development by medical practice and health promotion. The hospital integrity culture possesses its integrity value and spiritual pursuit with the characteristics of the medical industry, and connotation of medical staffs＂ professional ethics, code of conduct, honesty principle as well as radiation effects of integrity to the whole social development. It plays a role in guidance, criterion, coagulation and radiation. Hospital integrity cuhure is not only a theory but also a practice that should combine the construction of medical ethics, ＂three good and one satisfaction＂ activity and the work of integrity risk prevention and control administration in order to achieve a more systematical integrity cultural construction and improve the hospital administration level.
