摘　　要：清宣统《重修泾阳县志》是一部具有典型特点的志书,它包括的时代刚好止于清王朝的最后一年,即1911年,有一个完整的时代断限。它提供的引泾工程资料,比任何一部书都丰富;有关泾阳传统书院与转型的记载,很好地反映了泾阳的历史文化传承与发展;有关晚清同治元年关中回汉激烈冲突与泾阳县所蒙受的巨大损失,揭开了一个时代的疮疤,很有助于我们总结和汲取历史的经验与教训。总之,该志书所留下的珍贵资料,对于进一步深入研究与之相关的问题具有重要史料价值。The Revised Jingyang County Records during the Reign of Emperor Xuantong of Qing Dynasty is a set of local records with typical characteristics.The period covered by it happens to to be an interval at the last year of the Qing Dynasty,i.e.1911,which brings along a full time interval.Reference materials about the Jing River diversion project provided by it are richer than any other books;its recordings of traditional academies in Jingyang and their transformation presents a good account of historical and cultural inheritance and development in Jingyang;its recordings of the fierce conflicts between the Hui and Han nationalities in Guanzhong during the first year of the Reign of Emperor Tongzhi in late Qing Dynasty and great losses suffered by Jingyang county reveals the sore spots of an age,and are helpful in our attempts to summarize and learn from historical experiences and lessons.In short,the precious reference materials preserved by the work have important value as historical reference materials for further research on related topics.
