摘　　要：志书的史家法度,很大程度上体现于修志者对志书整体性的追求,做到著述性和资料性的统一很关键。乾隆《西宁府新志》的编纂者杨应琚对"史家法度"有着理性而深入的思考,借助著述性和资料性的统一,他尽可能地体现方志的整体性,为乾嘉时期史派方志的发展起到奠基作用。The ' historian's manner' of local records is to a great extent showcased by the compiler's pursuit of integrity of the local records.It is crucial to integrate authorship and reference function of local records.Yang Yingju,the compiler of Xiningfu New Records of Qianlong,had rational and deep understanding of 'the historian's manner'.With the help of integrating authorship and reference function,he did his best to showcase the integrity of local records,and played a fundamental role in the development of historian's local records in the Qianlong and Jiaqing Period.
