萧一山《清代东北之官制及移民》考辨

摘　　要：萧一山撰《清代东北之官制及移民》是傅斯年主编《东北史纲》的一部分,但因印刷延误、违背当局的对外妥协政策而未获出版。目前,方壮猷、徐中舒所撰二、三卷可能已经失传,蒋延黻所撰第五卷部分留存,唯有萧一山所撰部分完整收录于《非宇馆文存》。这是日本强占东北,傅氏学术思想发生转变的背景下,两人进行的唯一一次学术合作。该著作较早地开展了东北区域经济史和人口史研究,在当时的政治环境下,对揭露日寇侵略行径有很强的现实意义。Bureaucratic System and Migration in the Northeast during the Qing Dynasty written by Xiao Yishan was a part of An Outline History of the Northeast with Fu Sinian as the Editor in Chief.But,because of delay in printing and contradictions with the authority's appeasement foreign policy,it was not published.Currently,Volume II and III written by Fang Zhuangyou and Xu Zhongshu are probably lost already,Volume V written by Jiang Tingfu is partly preserved,and only the part written by Xiao Yishan is completely preserved in Fei Yu Guan Collection.The work was the only academic cooperation between Fu Sinian and Xiao Yishan under the background of the Japanese forceful occupation of the Northeast and the transformation of Fu Sinian's academic thoughts.It started a fairly early research on the economic history and population history of the Northeast region,and had very strong realistic significance in revealing the invasive behaviors of the Japanese aggressors under the political environment at that time.
