摘　　要：目的分析急性丙肝患者抗-HCV-IgM检测的临床价值。方法研究对象为我院门诊就诊的80例急性丙型肝炎患者,采用酶联免疫法测定其血清抗-HCV-IgM。结果所有患者自发病起40 d内出现抗-HCV-IgM阳性,其阳性与HCV RNA阳性密切相关,急性丙型肝炎是否转为慢性导致阳性持续时间出现不同。所有患者中有46例急性丙型肝炎患者自发病起6个月内出现抗-HCV-IgM全部阴转,并且伴有HCV RNA阴转;34例急性丙型肝炎患者中转为慢性者30例且出现抗-HCV-IgM持续阳性,并且伴有HCV RNA持续阳性或间断阳性。结论急性丙型肝炎患者抗-HCV-IgM检测,能够准确的反映患者病情和判断预后。它还可作为抗-HCV-IgM和HCV RNA检测的补充。【Objective】To analyze the clinical value of anti-HCV-IgM testing in patients with acute hepatitis C【.Methods】 Research object for our hospital 80 cases of patients with acute hepatitis c, using enzyme-linked immune method the serum anti-HCV-IgM.【Resluts】All patients since the onset of 40 d in anti-HCV-IgM, its positive closely associated with HCV RNA positive, whether chronic lead to acute hepatitis c positive duration appear different. All the 46 cases of patients with acute hepatitis c in patients 6 months since the onset of all the Yin turn, anti-HCV-IgM and associated with HCV RNA negative transfer; 34 cases of acute to 30 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis c patients in anti-HCV-IgM positive continuously, and accompanied by continuous or intermittent positive HCV RNA.【Conclusion】Patients with acute hepatitis c anti-HCV-IgM tests, can accurately reflect the patient condition and prognosis. It also can be used as antiHCV-IgM and HCV RNA detection.
