摘 要:针对Al2O3陶瓷膜在处理乳化液含油废水中存在的膜污染问题,研究以表面活性剂、氢氧化钠以及助洗剂为主要成分制备碱性复合清洗剂以有效清除膜污染和简化膜的化学清洗工艺。采用渗透通量恢复率、油截留率、扫描电子显微镜分析和红外光谱分析等测试手段表征了制备的碱性复合清洗剂对污染Al2O3陶瓷膜的清洗效果。进行了轧钢厂冷轧乳化液含油废水污染陶瓷膜的化学清洗的工业应用试验。结果表明,制备的碱性复合清洗剂对轧钢厂冷轧含油废水污染的陶瓷膜具有良好的清洗效果,可有效去除膜污染物,膜的纯水通量恢复率和油水渗透通量恢复率分别可达到95.3%和97.4%。Membrane fouling is inevitable for ceramic membranes applied in the treatment of cold rolling emulsified oily wastewater.The alkaline composite cleaning agents were prepared with different surfactants,sodium hydroxide and detergent aids as the main components in order to eliminate membrane foulants and simplify the chemical cleaning process.The chemical cleaning effect of prepared cleaning agents for fouled Al2O3 ceramic membranes were characterized by recovery ratio of permeate flux,oil rejection rate,scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analyses.The industrial application cleaning tests were also conducted for Al2O3 ceramic membranes fouled by cold rolling emulsified oily wastewater from a steel mill.Results show that the prepared alkaline composite cleaning agents exhibit excellent cleaning effect and could remove the membrane foulants effectively.After cleaning,the permeate flux recovery ratios of pure water and oily water could reach 95.3% and 97.4%,respectively.
