摘 要:为探寻双垄栽培条件下烤烟合理施肥的方法,以烤烟品种云97为材料,设置T1(70%有机氮+30%无机氮)、T2(50%有机氮+50%无机氮)、T3(30%有机氮+70%无机氮)、T4(100%无机氮)4个处理,研究了配施不同比例有机氮对烤烟光合特性的影响。结果表明:从旺长期至成熟期,与T4处理相比,施加适量有机氮能显著提高烤烟的光合能力,其中T3处理净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率分别比T4处理增加35.38%、35.15%、21.09%,胞间CO2浓度降低6.89%;T3处理净光合速率表现最好,与T2处理差异不明显,但比T1处理显著增加24.83%。总体而言,双垄栽培下,施用30%有机氮+70%无机氮能促进烤烟的光合作用,建议在今后大田生产中推广和应用。To explore the proper fertilization methods of flue-cured tobacco under the double ridged cultivation condition,the variety Yun 97 was chosen as tested material, and four types of treat ments were set up under "the same amount of nitrogen fertilizer" condition, namely T1 (70 % organic nitrogen2-30% inorganic nitrogen), T2 (50% organic nitrogen+ 50% inorganic nitrogen), T3(30% organic nitrogen+70% inorganic nitrogen),T4(100% inorganic nitrogen),and the effect of different proportions of organic nitrogen fertilizer on the photosynthetic characteristics of tobacco was researched. The results showed that from the time of fast growing to mature,compared with the T4 treatment ,the application of organic nitrogen fertilizer could significantly improve the photosynthetic capacity of flue-cured tobacco,especially the T3 treatment was significantly higher than the T4 treatment, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate separately increased by 35. 38%, 35. 15%, 21. 09%, and the intercellular CO2 concentration reduced by 6.89%. Among different treatments,the T3 treatment had the highest net photosynthetic rate, not significantly different from the T2 treatment, but significantly increased when compared with the T1 treatment,and the difference was 24.83% on average.Overall,under the condition of dual ridged cultivation and application of 30% organic nitrogen + 70% inorganic nitrogen, the photosynthesis of tobacco can be promoted, therefore, it is recommended to promote and apply in the field in the future.
