保护地栽培线辣椒新品种镇研20号的选育

摘　　要：为了选育适宜保护地早春晚秋栽培的耐低温弱光、抗病性强、早熟、质优、稳产的线形辣椒新品种,以自交系A9259为母本与自交系N9389为父本组合杂交选育成杂交一代镇研20号线辣椒新品种,2013年7月通过江苏省农作物品种审定委员会审定(苏审椒201302)。该品种植株生长势强,株高65cm左右,早熟,果实味香辣,鲜干两用,商品性好,果长22cm左右,果肩宽1.5cm左右,平均单果质量19.0g。2010-2012年区域和生产试验的前期平均产量17 987.7kg/hm2,总产量平均37 524.5kg/hm2,比对照博辣2号分别增产4.8%和2.5%,产量稳定。果实质优,维生素C(1.49g/kg)、辣椒素(2.83g/kg)、干物质含量(18.5%)分别比博辣2号高出6.2%、13.4%、9.7%。抗逆性(耐低温弱光)、抗病性强,病毒病、疫病、炭疽病病情指数(依次为3.9、1.5、0)比博辣2号分别减少了22.0%、42.3%、100.0%,适宜于江苏及气候近似地区春秋季保护地栽培生产。In order to breed a new chili pepper variety with good tolerance to low temperature and weak light, high disease resistance, early maturity, high quality and stable yield suitable for protected cultivation in early spring and autumn, Zhenyan No. 20, a new chili pepper variety was bred successfully,which was first filial generation of inbred line A9259 （female parent） and inbred line N9389（male parent） and released by Jiangsu Province Crop Variety Approval Committee in July 2013（Sushenjiao 201302）. The plant grew strongly with 65 cm height, early maturity. The fruits of Zhenyan No. 20 which can be used as fresh and dry product with hot fragrant flavor had good commercial character with 22 cm fruit length, 1.5 cm fruit width, 19.0 g single fruit weight and stable yield. In the regional test and production trial during 2010--2012, the early stage yield of Zhenyan No. 20 variety was 17 987.7 kg/ha,whieh was 4.8% higher than that of the control Bola No. 2 and the total yield was 37 524.5 kg/ha,whieh was 2.5% higher than that of the control （Bola No. 2）. Besides,the fruit of Zhenyan No. 20 had high quality ingredients including 1.49 g/kg victim C,2.83 g/kg capsaicin and 18. 5% dry mater content,which were 6. 2%,13.4%,9. 7% higher than those of the control（Bola No. 2）, respectively. Moreover, new variety of Zhenyan No. 20 displayed strong disease and stress resistance, such as tolerance to low temperature and weak light,anti-virus,anti-blight and anti-anthracnose abilities whose disease index（3.9,1.5,0 in order） reduced 22.0%,42. 3% and 100.0% than those of the control（Bola No. 2）, respectively. Therefore,the new variety of chili pepper Zhenyan No. 20 was suitable for protected cultivation in Jiangsu and similar climate regions of China in early spring and autumn.
