摘 要:通过对6个不同籼型恢复系水稻进行花药培养研究,先后分析了激素配比、有机附加物、不同基因型、杂交组合等因素对花药培养力的影响。结果表明,B3处理中激素配比(2,4-D∶NAA∶KT∶6-BA=2∶1∶0∶0)较为适用于R8166的花药培养,而B2处理中激素配比(2,4-D∶NAA∶KT∶6-BA=2∶1∶0∶0.5)则较适用于航恢173;添加有机添加物能在一定程度改善花药培养的愈伤诱导率,却降低其后续分化的能力。进一步研究表明,基因型是影响花药培养力的最重要的内在因素,籼稻的花药培养力较低,其中泰丰占的花药培养力最高;杂交组合R1和R2的愈伤诱导率均比R8166有所提高,但后续分化则表现较差。通过试验逐步筛选出适合籼型恢复系水稻花药培养的优良培养条件,为实现利用花药培养加快育种进程奠定基础。Based on 6 kinds of different materials of different hormone proportion, organic additives, genotype and hybrid combination for anther culture of restorer lines of indica, The results showed that, hormone proportion in B3 treatment (2,4-D:NAA:KT:6-BA=2:2:I:O)was more suitable for R8166 in anther culture, and B2 treatment (2, 4-D:NAA: KT:6-BA = 2:1:0:0.5) was applicable to Hanghui173. Adding organic additives can improve the anther culture to a certain degree. Further studies show that genetype is the most important factor in rice anther culture. In general, the indica rice anther culture is very low, and the highest ability of anther culture is TaiFengZhan. Compared with RS166,the callus induction rate of the hybrid combination of R1 and R2 has improved, but the subsequent differentiation was poor. In order to select the more suitable method of anther culture of indica restorer line, and lay the foundation of accelerating anther culture to the breeding process.
