摘 要:在镍-磷化学镀液中添加氧化钇,研究了稀土钇对镀液的稳定性、镀速和镀层性能的影响。采用显微硬度计、扫描电子显微镜、磨损试验机等仪器,考察了稀土钇在化学镀镍-磷中的作用。结果表明:少量的稀土钇即能有效提高镀液的稳定性和镀速;与此同时,镀层的显微硬度、耐蚀性和耐磨性均得以提高,且腐蚀机制发生变化。Yttrium oxide was added to electroless Ni-P plating solution,and the effects of rare earth yttrium on bath stability,plating rate and coating performance were studied.The role of rare earth yttrium in electroless Ni-P plating was investigated by using microhardness tester,scanning electron microscope and wear testing machine.The results show that the bath stability and plating rate can be effectively enhanced just with a small quantity of rare earth yttrium; at the same time,the microhardness,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the coating are also increased,and what is more,the corrosion mechanism has changed.
