猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合症疫苗对猪体细胞免疫效果的研究

摘　　要：为了探讨猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合症病毒(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)CH-1R株活疫苗对蓝耳病经典毒株JXA1的保护效果,采用CH-1R株活疫苗免疫14日龄PRRSV阴性仔猪,1周后攻毒,对12、21、35、49、63日龄时的仔猪外周血中淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+的比例和外周血中抗体进行检测。结果表明:免疫7 d后,CD4+/lym的比值升高,CD8+/lym的比值降低,CD4+/CD8+的比例升高;攻毒2周后,CH-1R株活疫苗免疫组仔猪CD4+/lym和CD8+/lym的比值均升高,并且CD4+/CD8+的比例也升高,说明CH-1R株活疫苗对经典毒株JXA1可能具有保护效果。In order to investigate the protective effect of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus （PRRSV） CH-1R strain vaccine against the PRRS classic strain JXA1, 14-day old PRRSV-negative piglets were immunized with CH-1R strain vaccine, and challenged with JXA1 virulent strain on 7 days post vaccination. Blood samples were collected for detecting antibodies and lymphocyte factors of CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD8^＋ on 12, 21, 35, 49, 63 days old piglets. Results showed that on 7 days post vaccination, the ratio of CD4^＋/lym increased, the ratio of CD8＋/lym decreased, the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ increased; two weeks post-infection, the ratio of CD4^＋/lym and CD8^＋/lym in the peripheral blood of the piglets of CH-1R strain vaccine immunization group increased, while the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ also increased, which showed that there might have a protective effect of CH-1R strain vaccine against JXA1 strain.
