摘　　要：香蕉味道香甜、营养丰富,与菠萝、龙眼、荔枝并称为"南国四大果品",也是东莞水乡地区的传统农作物之一。在东莞市大力发展都市农业的新形势下,以及面临香蕉枯萎病的严重打击下,分析了包括香蕉在内的蕉类植物的应用,包括发展以抗病优质的香蕉、粉蕉、贡蕉、大蕉品种以及具有特色的煮食蕉为代表的食用蕉多样化种植;引进及培育观叶、观花及观果的优良观赏蕉品种,开发蕉类观赏价值;开发香蕉酒、香蕉抗性淀粉以及香蕉休闲食品,发展香蕉深加工。Banana is sweet, rich in nutrition, and often known as one of ＂four top fruits of south China＂ with pineapple, longan and litchi, also is the traditional erop of Dongguan water area. Under the new situation of vigorous development of urban agriculture in Dongguan and facing the severe blow by banana wilt disease, this article analyzed the application of banana plants. Firstly, we should develop the various planting pattern with the high quality and disease resistance banana cultivars including banana （Musa AAA group）, Fenjiao （Musa AAB group）, Gongjiao （Musa AA group）, Dajiao （Musa AAB group）, along with the unique cooking banana as the representative of the edible banana. Secondly, we must introduce and cultivate excellent leaf, flower and fruit ornamental banana cuhivars to develop ornamental value. Thirdly, we can empolder banana wine, banana resistant starch and banana snack food to develop the deep processing of banana.
