摘　　要：以宁波北高校园区为例,在调研得到一手数据的基础上,展开后勤集团"农民工"党员教育现状的深度分析。针对存在的问题,制定了树立全域党员教育观,力争达到"三全";彰显党员岗位的先进性,必须做到"三实";保障"农民工"党员队伍的稳定性,务必注重"三个加强";加速党员教育的内驱力,努力实现"三个突破"的对策方案。On the basis of the survey collected in Ningbo North Higher Education Park, the paper analyzes the current situation of the education of migrant worker Party members in the college logistics groups and proposes four countermeasures that include fostering the Party member education view in an all-round way to achieve ＂3-completions＂; highlighting the advancement of Party member position by accomplishing ＂3-honesties＂; guaranteeing the stability in the migrant worker Party member force by emphasizing ＂3-reinforcements＂ and accelerating the driving force of Party member education to realize ＂3-breakthroughs＂.
