摘　　要：通过问卷调查的方式,全文分析了人力资本、社会资本和心理资本对大学生成功就业及职业发展的影响,并借鉴协同论的观点,提出人力资本、社会资本和心理资本对大学生就业的协同驱动及相应的应对策略,为有效缓解大学生的就业难提供参考。This paper , with questionnaire , studies the impact of human capital , social capital and psychologi-cal capital on college students employment and occupation development in light of synergistic theory .The paper proposed synergic drive of human capital , social capital and psychological capital for the employment of university students and the countermeasure , provides reference to alleviate the students employment .
