摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人促红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)药物不良反应(ADRs)的特点及规律,为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,利用中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学期刊引文数据库、外文生物医学期刊文献服务系统对1994—2012年报道的rHuEPO ADRs病例进行统计分析。结果:rHuEPO引起的严重ADRs主要为纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血、高血压、神经系统不良反应、高血糖等。结论:使用rHuEPO治疗应严密监护,保证用药安全。Objective： To investigate the characteristics and patterns of adverse drug reactions （ADRs） induced by recom binant human erythropoietin（rHuEPO）, so as to provide references for safe and rational use of rHuEPO. Methods： A retrospective analysis was made on ADRs induced by rHuEPO during the period from 1994 to 2012. Literature was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, VIP, CMCI, Foreign Medical Journal Full-Text Service （FMJS） databases. Results： Main serious ADRs induced by rHuEPO were pure red cell aplasia, hypertension, nervous system adverse reactions, hyperglycemia and so on. Conclusion： The patients administered with rHuEPO should be closely monitored to ensure safety.
