摘 要:本研究在Modified Bin法的基础上,通过几个重要的修订建立了一种新的Bin法,命名为Real Bin法,以提高传统Bin法在计算建筑能耗时的可信度。接着,本研究使用动态能耗模拟软件Designbuilder对某一典型低层住宅进行能耗模拟,并将其模拟结果与Real Bin法计算结果进行比较。比较结果表明,Real Bin法计算结果与Designbuilder模拟结果吻合得很好,这验证Real Bin法在计算建筑年能耗方面的可靠性。This paper reports a study on developing a novel bin method , which is termed Real bin method , for building energy analysis . Real bin was primarily based on Modified bin method currently used , but it aimed at a higher accuracy .On the other hand , Real bin meth-od and Designbuilder , a famous energy analysis tool , were both used to estimate the energy consumption of a typical low -story residential building.It came out that results given by Real bin method coincided very well with those calculated by means of Designbuilder , which made Real bin method validated .
