摘  要:摩托车发动机磁电机温度过高会直接影响磁电机点火性能和使用寿命。对此,通过分析影响磁电机温度的各种因素,提出采用降低磁电机本身铜损耗和铁芯涡流损耗的方法来降低磁电机温度。经试验磁电机性能没有降低,充电线圈和点火线圈温度分别降低了20℃、5℃,并减少了铜线使用量,此改进方案具有较好的经济性和实用性。If the temperature is too high, magnetic motor of motorcycle engine will directly influence the ignition performance and service life of magnetic motor. In view of this situation, through the analysis of various factors influencing the temperature of magnetic motor, the method of reducing the copper loss and core eddy current loss of magnetic motor itself is put forward to reduce the temperature of magnetic motor. After the implementation of the scheme, the magnetic motor performance was not reduced, the temperature of the charging coil and ignition coil decreased by 20℃ and 5℃ seperately. The improved scheme is economical and applicable.
