摘　　要：新时期城镇化率的不断提升和城乡一体化进程的不断加速,为我国经济建设注入了新的活力,但也容易形成一些治安热点地区和行业,城区中的各类治安问题突出,创建文明城区的步伐也势必会受到一定影响,公安机关的治安管理工作面临挑战。这就要求公安机关必须积极探索和推进适合新时期发展需要的执法策略,完善社会治安环境,把公安机关的治安管理工作放在创建新型文明城区的大环境下推进。With the acceleration of the urbanization process and the urban-rural integration, some new vitality has injected into China’ s economic development, which also highlighted a number of security problems in the city in hot spots of policing and industries, affected the creation of a civilized city, and the security management of public security organs was facing challenges as well.It requires that the public security organs must actively explore and promote the suitable enforcement strategy for the development needs of the new era, improve the social security environment, promote the security management of public security organs in the environment of creating a new civilized city.
