摘　　要：本文采用SWOT方法分析了三亚市发展总部经济所面临的机遇、挑战和优劣势,指出三亚市发展总部经济应该引进高增值、低污染、知识密集型、与环境友好的产业,比如旅游业、金融业、信息产业和智慧产业等。然后提出对三亚及其他试点城市有借鉴意义的发展对策。This paper used SWOT method to analyze the opportunities,challenges and disadvantages for the development of headquarters economy in Sanya.Pointed out that the development of headquarters economy in Sanya should adopt value-added, low pollution, knowledge intensive, and environmental friendly industries, such as tourism, industry, finance, information industry and wisdom, etc. And then put forward some reference and significance countermeasures of development to Sanya and other pilot cities have.
