摘　　要：以辽宁省为研究对象,建立信息化发展评价指标体系和指数测度模型,利用spss软件,分析得出辽宁省信息化发展的变化趋势,并利用数据包络分析方法和LINGO软件分析,科学地测算了辽宁省信息化发展对经济发展的贡献。Take Liaoning province as the research objectestablished information technology development evaluation index system and index measureement model,using spss software analysis reveals that the development of information technology in Liaoning Province trends and use data envelopment analysis method and LINGO software analysis scientifically calculations information technology development in Liaoning Province＇s contribution to economic development.
