摘　　要：市场经济条件下.分工是市场各参加者发挥各自比较优势、参与竞争的结果一定范围内的分工体现了各参与方的相对优势和实力对比,由于各参与方的相对优势和实力对比会发生变化,分工也处于不断演进之中,分工在地区间的调整形成了产业转移。产业转移也是转出地、转入地产业升级的过程。产业分工决定了全球范围内产业链上各节点的分布。分工的变化和产业转移促成全球范围内产业链上节点分布的变化。战后,全球范围内经历了产业由先发达国家向后发达国家转移的过程。我国改革开放之后承接了世界范围内的产业转移,目前正在进行国内由东部向中西部的转移。中西部地区在国际国内产业转移的背景下,应该力争发展有比较优势、有利于提升产业地位的关键节点,通过承接产业转移掌握核心技术和发展自主品牌,实现产业结构优化升级.提升在国内外分工中的地位。In market economy,specialization is the result from market participants playing their comparative advantages and participating in competition.Specialization within a certain range reflects the comparative advantages and strengths of all participants.Because the relative advantages and strengths of all participants will change,industrial specialization is continuously evolving,and its adjustment among different regions forms industrial transfer.Industrial transfer turns out to be the process of industrial upgrading of regions.Industrial specialization determines the distribution of the nodes on the industrial chain worldwide.Changes in industrial specialization and industrial transfer lead to the changes in the distribution of the nodes on the global industrial chain.The global industry has gone through the process of industrial transfer from developed countries to developing countries.China has undertaken the worldwide industrial transfer since the reform and opening—up,and is now going through the industrial shift from the eastern part to the Midwest of the country.In the background of international and domestic industrial transfer,the Midwest should shrive to develop the key nodes that have comparative advantages and help upgrade the industrial status,master core technologies and develop independent brands through undertaking industrial transfer,achieve the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and enhance the status of industrial specialization at home and abroad.
