摘　　要：探讨了将学生馆员引入高校图书馆工作的意义,阐述了学生馆员的类型,重点分析了学生馆员工作中存在的问题,并提出相应对策和发展途径,以促进图书馆服务质量的提高。This paper probes into the significance of introducing student librarians into the work of university library, expounds the types of student librarians, emphatically analyzes some problems existing in the work of student librarians, and puts brward some corresponding countermeasures and development ways for promoting the improvement of library＇s service quality.
