摘　　要：基于系统工程的基本思想和基本原理,对高校科技成果推广转化系统的各要素——组元、结构、功能、运行、环境进行了分析,构建了高校科技成果推广转化系统运行机制——激励机制、协调机制、控制机制和评价机制,为促进科技成果推广转化系统的健康、顺利运转提供了理论基础和有效保证。Based on the basic idea and fundamental principle of system engmeenng, of university＇ s sci-tech achievements promotion and transformation system including the component, structure, function, operation and environment, and constructs the operation mechanism of university＇s sci-tech achievements promotion and transformation system including the incentive mechanism, coordination mechanism, control mechanism and evaluation mechanism, providing the theoretical basis and effective guarantee for promoting the healthy and smooth operation of sci tech achievements promotion and transformation system.
