全国省级卫生监督机构传染病及医疗领域现场检测能力分析

摘　　要：目的评价全国省级卫生监督机构在紫外线辐照度和表面洁净度现场快速检测专业的能力现状。方法全国29家省级卫生监督机构各派一名参赛选手,进行理论笔试和现场操作考核,现场考核模拟医疗机构监督检测现场,进行紫外线灯管辐照强度检测和物体表面洁净度的检测。比赛满分100分,其中理论部分满分40分,现场操作各30分。结果综合成绩平均得分为84.6分,其中笔试成绩平均分为31.5分,紫外线辐照度平均得分为25.6,主要失分点为照度计探头放置位置和测量结果相对误差,表面洁净度检测平均得分为27.6,主要失分原因为结果表述不正确以及采样过程不规范。结论卫生监督机构应提高对现场快速检测工作的重视程度,推动现场快速检测能力的提高。[Object] To evaluate the status of in site fast detection of Infectious diseases and medical field. [Methods] A written and operation test was used for 29 representatives of each provincial health supervision institutions. The total score was 100, which contains 40 points for the written test and 60 points for operation test. The operation test contains ultraviolet radiation detection and surface contamination test, 30 points respectively. [Results]The average score was 84.6 points（31.5 points for written test,25.6 points for ultraviolet radiation detection, and 27.6 for surface contamination test）, the main lose points were improper probe position, the major relative error of detection results, the illicit expression of results, and the nonstandard sampling procedure. [Conclusion] Health supervision institutions should attach more importance to site fast detection.
