摘 要:为了量化分析车辆在不同运动状态下轮胎的磨损程度,通过研究轮胎磨损模型,提出了基于轮胎力学特征的轮胎纵向磨损主因子和侧向磨损主因子,建立了基于"魔术公式"轮胎模型的轮胎纵向磨损主因子和侧向磨损主因子模型。通过对纯制动和纯转弯两种工况下轮胎磨损主因子的仿真分析,得出了滑移率、侧偏角、垂直载荷、纵向力、侧向力与纵向磨损主因子和侧向磨损主因子关系曲线。利用轮胎磨损主因子模型的仿真结果,为定量地分析不同运动状态下轮胎的磨损程度提供可靠依据,对延长轮胎的使用寿命具有重要意义。To quantify the tire wear degree under different motion states of the vehicle, based on the research of tire wear model, the longitudinal main factor of tire wear and the lateral main factor of tire wear based on mechani- cal characteristics of tire wear is proposed, and the models of the longitudinal main factor of tire wear and the lateral main factor of tire wear are established based on the "magic of tire wear main factors under the condition of pure braking formula" tire wear model. Through simulation analysis and cornering, curves are obtained which describes the relations between slip ratio, slip angle, vertical load, the longitudinal force, lateral force and longitudinal and lat- eral wear abrasion main factor main factor. With the simulation results of the tire wear main factor model, a reliable basis for quantitative analysis of tire wear under different motion states is provided and plaied an important role in extending the life of the tire.
