大亚湾石化工业区污水排海工程扩散器的数值模拟

摘　　要：结合大亚湾石化区工业污水排海工程,利用FLUENT软件,采用标准k-ε湍流模型,对特定结构参数扩散器内流体的流动情况进行了数值模拟,得到扩散器各喷口的流速、喷口流量及主管流速等;并把模拟结果与试验结果进行了比较,误差分别在3.6%、6.4%、0.4%以内,表明FLUENT软件可以较准确地模拟扩散器内流体的流动情况。Based on the sewage project of Dayawan petrochemical industrial area.The fluid flow characteristics in wastewater diffuser with specific structure parameters were simulated by the standard k-ε model in fluent.The results of simulation are closely correlated with experimental It shows the boundary conditions and turbulence model are applicable for fluid flow in wastewater diffuser,it can be simulated accurately by fluent.
