摘 要:目的对某人工游泳馆进行建设项目卫生学预评价,评估和预测疾病传播的健康风险,提出改进措施,为建设项目验收和审批提供技术依据。方法依据现行的公共场所卫生标准,采用现场调查、工程分析和类比法相结合的方式进行卫生学预评价。结果该建设项目在选址、卫生设施和消毒措施、卫生管理方面基本符合有关卫生标准的要求。类比项目泳池水平均游离性余氯0.40 mg/L,空气中细菌总数(沉降法)均数2个/皿,工作场所粉尘平均浓度1.35 mg/m3,结果符合公共场所卫生标准的要求。结论检测如果在项目的设计施工中,落实本报告提出的建议,建成使用后,加强卫生管理,控制各项危害因素在国家卫生标准范围内,拟建项目在卫生学方面是可行的。Objective To analyze and assess health risks in the artificial swimming pool , predict the spread of disease, and provide the technical basis for the acceptance and approval of construction projects. Methods Based on current health standards,the methods of site surveys , engineering analysis and analog combined with pre - assessment were carried out. Results The construction project site selection, sanitation and disinfection measures, health management were basi- cally feasible. Free residual chlorine in the pool water of analogical project was 0.40 mg / L, the total number of bacteria in the air (sedimentation) was two per plate, workplace dust concentration was 1.35 mg/m3. The results met the require- ment of hygiene standards in public places. Conclusion If the suggestions are adopted in the design and health manage- ment is strengthened, the hazards are in the range of national standards,the project is feasible.
