摘  要:目的分析长春市2011-2013年流感监测情况,探索流感流行特点及病原学变化规律,为预防和控制流感大流行提供科学依据。方法采集门诊流感病人的咽拭子标本用荧光定量PCR,和狗肾细胞(MDCK)法进行流感病毒检测,病毒分离后采用血凝抑制方法(HI)进行流感病毒型别鉴定。结果 2012年10月-2013年3月从长春市523例流感样病例标本中检出119份核酸阳性并分离到78株流感病毒,分离阳性率为65.55%;其中H3N2型48株(占40.34%),新甲H1型30株(占25.21%)。而上一年度在121份核酸阳性中分离到52株流感病毒,分离阳性率为42.98%;其中H3N2型13株(占10.74%),B-victoria系22株(占18.18%),B-yam agata系17株(占14.05%)以B型为主。结论 2012-2013年度长春市流感的优势株为H3N2型、新甲H1型,与上一监测年度(H3N2型,B-victoria系,B-yam agata系)有所不同。Objective To analyze influenza surveillance in Changchun 2011 -2013, explore the influenza epidemic charac- teristics and etiological changes, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control pandemic of influenza. Meth- ods The throat swab specimens were collected from influenza outpatients and the influenza virus was detected with real - time PCR, and isolated with MDCK cells identified by hemagglutination inhibition test (HI) . Results One hudred and nineteen positive samples of nucleic acid were collected from 523 cases of influenza - like cases specimens from October 2012 to March 2013, and 78 strains of influenza viruses were isolated from 119 positive samples of nucleic acid with isola- tion rate of 65.55%. Forty eight strains were identified as H3N2 (accounting for 40. 34% ) , 30 strains as the new H1 ( accounting for 25.21% ) , and one year in 121 copies of nucleic acid positive to the isolation of 52 strains of influenza vi- rus isolation was positive rate of 42. 98%, in which 13 strains were identified as H3N2 ( accounting for 10. 74% ), 22 strains as B - victoria ( accounting for 18.18% ), 17 strains as B - yam agata ( occupied for 14. 05% ), mainly type B. Conclusion Epidemic situation of influenza is calm in Changehun during 2012 - 2013. The predominant strains are H3N2, the new H1 which are different from the predominant strains ( H3N2 and B - victoria, B - yam agata) of the past.
