左西孟旦治疗心脏直视手术后低心输出量综合征20例观察

摘　　要：目的 总结左西孟旦治疗体外循环心内直视手术后低心排综合征的临床疗效.方法 选择体外循环心内直视手术后低心排患者20例,在常规治疗疗效不佳后给予左西孟旦治疗,观察用药前后血压、中心静脉压、肺毛压、射血分数等指标的变化.结果 加用左西孟旦后在提高射血分数,降低中心静脉压、肺毛压指标方面差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 体外循环心内直视手术后并发低心排,在常规治疗不佳的基础上加用左西孟旦可改善患者的症状.Objective To evaluate leosimendan for the treatment of low cardiac output after cardiac op- eration. Methods Choose extracorporeal circulation after open-heart surgery patients with low cardiac 20 cases, on the basis of conventional treatment, if the efficacy was poor leosimendan was added. Blood pressure, central venous pressure, pulmonary pressure, ejection fraction, such as MAO index changes were observed before and after medication. Results After added with levosimendan, the ejection fraction, blood pressure, reduce the central venous pressure, pulmonary pressure indicators and MAO were improved statistically （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Extracorporeal circulation after open-heart surgery complicated with low cardiac drugs on the basis of the poor are in the regular levosimendan can improve the symptom of the patients with low cardiac output after open-heart surgery on the basis of conventional treatment.
