蚝贝钙片中微量元素的含量测定研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对蚝贝钙片中微量元素的测定,对其安全性进行评价。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、火焰原子吸收光谱法、火焰发射原子吸收光谱法和氢化物原子荧光光度法,分别测定3批蚝贝钙片中铅、镉、汞、砷、铜、铬、铁、钾8种微量元素的含量。结果:3批蚝贝钙片中重金属含量均在外经贸绿色行业标准(WM/T2-2004)和《中国药典》中药重金属等物质限量标准草案规定的安全范围之内。结论:不同批次蚝贝钙片中微量元素的含量差别不大,3批蚝贝钙片中重金属的含量均低于国家标准和行业标准规定,无安全隐患,可放心食用。Objective： To evaluate the safety of Haobei Calcium Tablet through the investigation of trace elements. Methods： The trace elements （ Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu, K, Fe, As, Hg ） in 3 batches of Haobei Calcium Tablet were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, flame atomic absorption spectrometry, fire emission atomic absorption spectrometry and hydride atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry. Results： The heavy metals in 3 batches were all qualified the standards limit. Conclusion： There was only a little difference among the content of trace elements in different batches. The heavy metals in all batches of Haobei Calcium Tablet were in the security range, so it could be safely used.
