摘　　要：《尚书》的基本思想是"敬天"、"明德"、"慎罚"、"保民",其核心是德治德教。《尚书》的德教观念突出表现为"崇德尚贤""、明德慎罚""、日新其德"。《尚书》的德教观启示我们:领导干部要作则垂范,发挥道德楷模作用;要坚持德才兼备、以德为先的原则任用干部,反对任人唯亲、拉帮结派的不正之风;要注重提高个人的道德修养,不断提升自身的政治素质。The basic philosophy of the ＂Book of History＂ is ＂respect for heaven＂, ＂knowing virtue＂, ＂cautious punishment＂ and ＂protecting the people＂, whose core is the rule and education by morality. The concept of education by morality is prominently shown as ＂respect for morality and talents＂, ＂knowing virtue and cautious punishment＂, ＂updating the virtue＂. It also enlightens us that leaders should set up an example and play a role of moral models; we should adhere to the principle of appointing leaders based on morality above everything else with both virtue and abil- ity; oppose unhealthy practices of nepotism and cliques; focus on improving personal morality and the political quality.
