化学杀雄剂SC2053诱导籼稻雄性不育的研究

摘　　要：研究了低毒高效的小麦化学杀雄剂 SC2 0 5 3在籼稻上的应用 ,分析了不同品种、不同施药时间和浓度的反应差异 ,测试了SC2 0 5 3在稻株分蘖间的传导和对节间分生组织的损害 ,初步明确 SC2 0 5The study was focused on the performance of SC2054, a low toxic ad high efficient Chemical Hybridizing Agent (CHA)for wheat inducing Male Sterility in Indica Rice. We analysed the difference of SC2053 inducing MS on different varieties, spraying stages and agent concentrations. Moreover, we tested the transduction of SC2053 between tillers and the damage on internode meristem. The limitationof SC2053 inducing MS in Indica Rice is discussed.
