摘  要:用乳酸 -聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对玉米不同杂交种及其亲本种子碱溶蛋白进行分析 ,结果表明 :玉米碱溶蛋白在蛋白质组成上存在丰富的多态性 ,各杂交种和自交系的电泳谱带差异明显 ,可视为各自的“特征”指纹 ,通过指纹分析能有效地将各供试品种区分开来。因此 。Electrophoretic analysis of alkali-soluble proteins of the inbred and hybrid maize seeds were carried out on lactate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (lactate-PAGE). The result showed that there were obvious polymorphisms of alkali-soluble protein composition among maize hybrids and their inbreds. Each inbred and hybrid possessed its own unique PAGE pattern, regarding as its 'fingerprint'. It was easy to distinguish them one by one from their fingerprints. The present PAGE offered another promising approach for identifying maize varieties.
