海南冬繁棉花的天然异交与成铃

摘　　要：在海南花铃期低温背景下 ,保持材料的自然成铃率较高 ,质核不育材料的自然成铃率很低。表明 ,此时的昆虫活动处于低潮 ,天然异交率几乎为零。由此认为 ,海南冬繁有利于三系材料的回交转 (选 )育和常规品种的繁育保纯 ,无需人工自交 。It was found that at the stage of blooming, in the condition of low temperature natural boll setting rate for B line was high, while that of cytoplasmic nuclear male sterile lines was low. It showed at this time of a year insect activities almost stopped, natural cross pollination rate of cotton was nearly 0. Therefore, it is considered that production of seeds during winter in Hainan is favourable for back cross breeding of three lines (i.e. A line, B line and R line) and for keeping production purity of conventional varieties. The same production effect as that in net houses and isolated regions could be obtained without artificial self cross.
