摘　　要：饲料添加剂种类繁多,成分复杂,因而其中微量元素&铁的测定一直采用国际所要求的原子吸收法.为解决因设备昂贵而使企业不能对其成品中的铁进行自检的难题,本课题利用铁离子和邻－菲 啉在pH2～9时形成螯合物阳离子,在λ＝512nm处,采用一般厂家都有的72型分光光度计,与标准系列比较定量,从而测出添加剂预混料中的铁.A classical method of determining Ferro in additive premix is Atomic Absorption Spectrometry AAS．However because of additive premixes Varied kinds and complicated contents in additional appliances’ expensive price many factories can＇t carry on determining Ferro for themselves products．This research is aim to settle above difficulties which applies spectrophotometer to determine Ferro in additive premix． All kinds of tests show that it is a good method．
