慢性充血性心力衰竭128例护理的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理措施对慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择我院2010年12月至2012年12月慢性充血性心力衰竭患者128例,随机均分为治疗组和对照组。两组给予相应临床治疗外,治疗组同时实施护理干预,包括一般护理、预见性护理、心理护理干预等。结果治疗组总有效率为96.88%,对照组率为78.13%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学有效的护理干预,有助于稳定慢性心力衰竭患者病程,改善症状,提高临床治疗效果,值得进一步探讨。Objective To investigatethe clinical curative effect of nursing measures on chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 128 cases of patients with chronic congestive heart failure, hospitalized in our hospital during December 2010 to December 2012, were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. All patients were giventhe basis treatment for coronary heart disease. Meanwhile, patients in the treatment group received nursing intervention which including routine nursing, psychological nursing, predicting nursing. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 96. 88% and 78. 13% in the control group, the differences between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Scientific and effective nursing intervention is helpful for cutting course of disease, improving symptoms and raising clinical effect for patients with chronic congestive heart failure, and worthy of further exploration.
