摘  要:铸造合金熔体热物理性能对铸件的物理及力学性能有着重要影响,熔体热物性参数是其许多固态性能指标的重要表征。准确而快捷地测定合金熔体主要热物性参数,对冶金和铸造工作者设计优质合金材料和最佳熔体处理工艺具有重要的实际意义。介绍铸造合金熔体表面张力、密度、黏度、电导率等热物性参数集成测试系统的研制方法,该系统由计算机测控单元、熔体保温单元、传感器分配及升降机构、熔体试样取送机构等部分组成,在计算机控制下,熔体试样被自动送入保温单元,传感器分配及升降机构自动选配对应传感器并依次完成热物性参数自动测试。Thermal physical properties of alloy melt affact solidifying process of the casting and thermal physical property parameters characterise some solid alloy behaviour. It is very important to measure main parameters of thermal physical property and casting property quickly and accurately for metallurgy and foundry engineers to design good quality alloy and optimize melt processing technique. The integrated system for fast measuring tension, density, viscosity and conductivity of alloy melt has been investigated. The integrated quick measuring system consists of central control unit, heat preservation unit, sensors distribution and up-down mechanism and alloy melt sample in-out mechanism. Under the control of the computer, alloy melt sample is put into heat preservation unit and thermal physical properties can be measured continuously and automatically one by one.
