摘 要:目的研究海拔高度对款冬主要性状遗传参数及性状间的相关性,为款冬的栽培及育种提供依据。方法通过测定款冬的株高、根茎长、根茎粗、花蕾数、叶片数、叶片重、叶面积、根重、地上重,计算变异系数。结果款冬的花蕾数、叶片重、叶面积、地上重在不同海拔高度表现稳定;花蕾数在不同海拔高度表现出个体间差异大;花蕾数与根茎粗、叶片数、叶片重、叶面积、根重、地上重的相关系数在不同海拔高度的相关系数均达极显著或显著水平;不同海拔高度款冬的性状平均值、变异系数及性状间相关系数也有较大差异。结论海拔高度对款冬的主要遗传参数及性状间相关有影响。Objective To study the effect of different altitudes on the genetic parameter and properties of Tussilago farfara L. and provide basis for cultivation and breeding of Tussilago fatfara L. Methods To calculate coefficient of variation by determining its height, length of root, thickness of root, numbers of buds, numbers of leaf, weight of leaf, area of leaf, weight of root and weight of plant.Results The numbers of flower storage,weight of leaf, area of leaf and weight of plant possess stability in the different altitudes;The number of buds has its individual variation in the different altitudes;The relevant co- efficient including numbers of buds, thickness of stem, numbers of leaf, weight of leaf, area of leaf, weigh of root and weight of plant shows notable level; Tussilago farfara L of different altitudes have great difference from its average properties, coeffi- cient of variation and its relevant coefficient. Conclusion Altitude affects its main genetic parameter and properties.
