摘　　要：三阴交是针刺治疗妇科疾病的常用穴之一,广泛地被应用于临床针灸配伍方面,且效果显著。近10年来的相关文献发现其发挥疗效的机理尚未完全明确,这方面的探讨依然是近年来研究的热点。传统医学认为主要与肝、脾、肾关系紧密,而现代医学认为,刺激三阴交可以引起神经、内分泌、免疫、血流变等方面的改变,从而可以在一定程度上改善妇科病症。Sanyinjiao is one of the acupuncture points which are commonly used to the treatment of gynecological diseases, and it is widely used in acupuncture compatibility. What＇s more, its treatment effect is remarkable. However, its efficacy mechanism is still unclear from the relevant literature of the past decade. Therefore, the study in this regard is still a research hotspot in recent years. According to traditional medicine theory, liver, spleen and kidney are closely related. While the stim- ulation of Sanyinjiao, according to westem medicine, can cause the changes of nerve, incretion, immune system, blood flow etc. to improve some symptoms of gynecological diseases to some extent.
