红枣果实黑斑病的病原分离和鉴定

摘　　要：山西省红枣果实发生的一种新病害———红枣果实黑斑病 ,症状表现为果顶或脐部形成黑红色病斑 ,枣味苦不可食 ,损失严重。经过 2 0批 12 6个枣果的分离 ,伤口和喷雾接种以及病原的鉴定 ,确定了两个真菌致病菌 ,即 :交链孢属的Alternariatenuis和茎点属的Phomasp。One new disease jujube Alternaria and Phoma blight on Chinese date fruits was reported in Shanxi. The typical symptom was that black red spots emerged on the top or umbilical parts of jujube, made the fruits too bitter to be eaten. The pathogens were isolated from 126 fruits for twenty times, and inoculated to fruits through wounds and spraying. Two fungi pathogens were identified. They are Alternaria tenuis and Phome sp.
